We currently have a team of UK engineers based across three regions, as well as a team based in Ireland, and on the ground in places globally such as Hong Kong - enabling us to meet our customers' requirements and deliver a quality customer service.

Synectics Helpdesk is an online portal providing customers with quick resolutions to technical queries. Available 24/7, the portal enables you to raise support tickets, submit repair requests, and access the latest technical information and documentation at the click of a button. We also have a dedicated Support Team who are on hand to offer advice, support and assistance.

Our Technical Support Team offers a range of training options covering all hardware and software products. This includes engineer training, basic maintenance and trouble-shooting, as well as advanced operator training. Courses can be delivered at Synectics’ dedicated training facilities, on site, or tailored to specific requirements.
